Customer-Supplied Garment Policy Waiver

At Hoops & Threads, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom work. However, when customers supply their own garments or items, it’s important to understand the following terms:

1. Inherent Risks of Custom and Handmade Processes
Custom embroidery and other handmade decoration techniques—including sublimation and printing—require the use of specialized machinery, heat, and manual handling. These processes inherently carry a level of risk, including but not limited to misalignment, thread breaks, color variation, or distortion of the fabric. While we take every precaution to ensure the best possible result, imperfections can occur and are sometimes unavoidable.

2. No Liability for Damage to Customer-Supplied Items
Customer-provided garments or items are accepted on the condition that Hoops & Threads, LLC will not be held liable for any damage that may occur during production, including misprints, stains, thread snags, stretching, or other alterations to the material. Items are left at the customer’s own risk.

3. No Replacements or Reimbursements
In the event of damage to a customer-owned item, Hoops & Threads, LLC cannot replace or reimburse the item, regardless of its monetary or sentimental value. The affected item will be returned with our sincere apologies.

4. Preferred Use of Supplier-Provided Garments
We highly recommend using garments provided through our trusted suppliers. These items are selected for compatibility with our processes and can be replaced if an error occurs during production.

5. Post-Decoration Wear and Wash
We are not responsible for any fading, distortion, or damage that occurs after the garment has been worn, washed, or used. Outcomes may vary depending on fabric content, construction, and how the item is laundered.

6. Acknowledgment Required Prior to Work
Before we begin work on any customer-supplied item, this waiver must be reviewed and signed. By doing so, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the custom embroidery and decoration process.
