Custom Goods Return Policy

Custom and personalized goods are created specifically for each order. Due to the unique nature of these items, Hoops & Threads, LLC does not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

In the event of an error caused by Hoops & Threads, LLC, or if your item arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.

All custom goods are produced according to the details provided at the time of order. Please review all specifications, spelling, and design choices carefully before submitting your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
